Most honey products are produced by bees that collect pollen from flowers. Our black beech honey and beeswax doesn’t come from flowers, though. It comes from ancient sub-alpine forests. Because our bees harvest honeydew from black beech trees, the honey that creates is special, distinctive in flavour and unique in a sea of New Zealand honeys.

In addition to colour and flavour, this dark amber honeydew honey has antibacterial and nutritional properties that rival the more famous mānuka.

Our skincare products have a shelf life of three years unopened, and 12 months once opened.
