  • Hive-to-shelf tracking

    We track each hive using GPS technology. This allows us to trace every batch of honey back to the exact hive it was harvested from. This ensures authenticity, purity and complete transparency for our customers.

Natural sourcing

Our hives are placed in pristine alpine and subalpine areas free from intensive farming.

  • Honey types: Black Beech Honeydew, Clover honey, Manuka, and native multifloral honey, all produced by bees with access to pure alpine water and wild, abundant pollen and honeydew.
